I start things. Figuring out what makes business data truly AI-ready.
What I'm exploring
Most organizations can't use AI effectively. Not because of models or talent - because their data isn't ready. It's scattered, inconsistent, and disconnected from how the business actually operates.
I spent four years at Palantir working on exactly this: turning chaotic customer data into clean operational systems. The kind where decisions flow from data people trust.
Now I'm exploring the next version of this problem - how to make business commitments hold in systems that can reason about them. What does it take for an organization's data to be truly AI-ready?
Early stages. Talking to anyone thinking about this space.
